I work for Rubenstein Communications on behalf of Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare. The last two lines of the article as currently written are inaccurate. The lawsuit was filed for wage and hour claims by five former employees. Only one former employee claimed discrimination against Asian customers. This is indicated in the current citation: [1]. It should also be noted Chef Ramirez has publicly denied the allegations of racism. [2]
Would you consider making this correction and amendment? NinaSpezz (talk) 16:08, 17 December 2014 (UTC)
- I thought about this and ultimately decided to remove that paragraph altogether, per a civil court equivalent of WP:BLPCRIME. If and when the court rules in the employee's favor, things will change, but for now this is just an allegation without evidence. Should others disagree, here is a more accurate summary of what the sources report. Huon (talk) 18:11, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
