You can claim a fair use photograph which would improve quality. Try [1] but scale it down to around 300px before uploading.

Lede
  • "bachelor's" =bachelor's degree
  • "Over the course of his academic career, Williams authored and co-authored hundreds of business cases, numerous articles, and several books. He also served as a consultant to a number of private institutions and received several awards and accolades for his work." -some examples would be good of the most notable ones.
Education
  • "Manning Holland Williams, -just "Manning" will do.
  • I personally don't mind, but MoS advises against linking major countries and cities, so you could de link a few.

Merge Business career and change it to "Academic and business career".

Did he publish anything or what? There seems to be next to coverage of what he actually did and why he is notable in his field other than all his positions and honors. I'd like to see a new paragraph or two saying things like, In 1960, William published xxx, an analysis of the financial system in Colombia" etc and so on.Obviously you don't have to mention all but something covering a dozen or so of his most notable and what he contributed to his field would be most useful. Otherwise it's difficult to consider it to have all of the "major aspects".♦ Dr. Blofeld 18:33, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Blofeld, thank you for your careful review of this article! I've finished making the smaller changes, but will take a little longer to research and include Williams' more notable works. I'll also work with the Wikipedia graphists to edit the image of Williams. I'll try and complete this as quickly as possible! Thanks again for all your continued guidance! -- Caponer (talk) 19:59, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No worries, ping me when you've done. I'll put on hold.♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:30, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Blofeld, through the efforts of Wikipedia graphist Centpacrr, I was able to upload Williams' HBS faculty portrait to File:Charles M. Williams.jpg and have included this in his article. I'm still looking for publications to include in his article, and when that is complete, the article will be ready for your re-review! I apologize for my delay in addressing these issues, but I hope to not take too much longer! -- Caponer (talk) 11:18, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Dr. Blofeld, I've added two more texts to the prose. I'm still digging, but take a look and let me know what you think. He wrote hundreds of cases on individual businesses that I've found world cat, but as the text of each isn't available, I'm not sure how to include them in this article. I apologize for dragging this on and being away from Wikipedia for such long stretches! I may be temporarily retiring after this GA review, and I hope to return soon to make good on my promises to review your articles! -- Caponer (talk) 20:30, 8 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to hear that, any reason why? Obviously you don't have to document them all but if you could look at his works and try to write a paragraph or two on what he typically wrote about that would be good.♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:36, 8 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your patience demonstrated throughout this review process Dr. Blofeld! I will continue to expand upon the article as I find more writings by Mr. Williams! I'll only be absent temporarily--my work and personal lives have been very hectic as of late, and I can no longer devote the time I once did to Wikipedia (which breaks my heart tremendously!) I will return when the pace slows down! In the meantime, continue to do your stellar work, sir! -- Caponer (talk) 14:53, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
