A fact from Catherine Duleep Singh appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 19 August 2016 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that 55 years after her death, Catherine Hilda Duleep Singh was found to have secreted away cash and jewels valued at over 137,000 francs in a Swiss bank vault?
"After World War II, her name was again in the news upon the discovery of a jewel box stashed in a vault and a joint bank account in a Swiss bank."
"In July 1997 a news item appeared which was related to a list of more than 5,000 dormant accounts in Swiss banks published by the Swiss Bankers Association at the insistence of Holocaust survivors. This list contained the name of the Princess with the address recorded as "Duleep Singh, Catherine (Princess), last heard of in 1942 living in Penn, Bucks", as one of the account holders."
July 1997 IS after World War II, as will be every other date for the rest of history, but isn't it odd to refer to an event in July 1997 as occurring "After World War II"? The wording on the Main Page seems better: "55 years after her death." "After World War II" seems to imply shortly after -- 1946 or 1947.
