Awards updated
[edit]The short list of nominees for 2014's Emerging Payments Awards were released earlier this year, and Carta was officially named the winner of Best Contactless Solution on October 23, 2014. [1]
The source for this information was the company's own press release.
A preferred neutral reference is Emerging Payment Awards own website [2] which lists the finalists: "15. Best Payment Technological Innovation: Carta Worldwide – Host Card Emulation for NFC with Remote Secure Element."
