Formatting problem

We need to add the VIF
[edit]Apparently, the VIF was built quite awhile after the VIB was torn down. Does anyone have references we can use for this? Worse, we have no VIF article and VIF redirects go VIB, which contains nothing about the VIF. I suspect we should also merge the VIB article into this article. -Arch dude (talk) 22:07, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
