There is an intrusive reference after "Mountain" in the list of settlements. I was going to remove it, as erroneously duplicated; but I noticed that it has a different page reference footnote 57, also Cudworth. I haven't a copy of Cudworth: is it really the case that all the other references are to page 175, and that single one to p 296? --ColinFine (talk) 18:55, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
ColinFine Thanks for that - completely my error and I had the wrong page numbers too!
