Above Ground?
[edit]Technically, Braddock road is at grade level, and merely on a large, Earthen Berm with the CSX tracks. Fiftytwo thirty (talk) 21:11, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- I believe "above ground" in this case just means "not underground". But yes, you are correct. SchuminWeb (Talk) 04:19, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
