Proposing Additions

Hello - I have noticed that this article lacks any significant information and is poorly cited. I have drafted a more thorough and well sourced article that I think better explains the publication. Submission of edits

The edits I posted were reviewed by Mrmatiko within the help desk live chat and Stuartyeates here. After going through the articles for creation steps recommended by Stuartyeates, I was advised to post the edits myself. I do some work for Bloomberg L.P. and realize that creates a conflict of interest, which I have acknowledged on my talk page and within WP:COIN.--RivBitz (talk) 19:17, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
