Could someone clarify the section about Iron and B12 ?

Everyone adds a word here and there so it makes a huge and unclear sentence...

Too much iron, not enough? I have the impression it says one thing and its opposite...

Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MisterBark (talkcontribs) 19:36, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

differently colored beetroot varieties

[edit]

a) why is this picture here? It doesn't seem to relate to the article at all, as there is no mention of colored varieties affecting beeturia. b) If I understand correctly, "beetroot" is used because it is British and more common in the English-speaking world than "Beet". In that case should "colored" not be changed to "coloured"? If the picture stays. --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 17:09, 23 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Allergy Advisor" as Reference

[edit]

Is the website "Allergy Advisor" an acceptable reference to include, according to Wiki guidelines? I am skeptical. Jdevola (talk) 12:33, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
