I don't see anywhere in the http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8050339/ article that keeps being cited that says 31 killed, nor even anything that can be extrapolated to get that (or any) figure for this location during this timeframe. 76.22.4.86 02:13, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The only mention of Al Qaim in the above referenced article is:
