Top Ten

[edit]

The single was re-released in the UK in 1993. The article says that "This time it reached number 8 making Meat Loaf the first artist in many years to have two singles in the UK Top Ten at the same time - a feat not repeated until 2002" - which artist had two singles in the top ten in 2002? I'm guessing either Westlife or possibly Elvis Presley, but who for sure? -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 15:41, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm slightly frustrated that I can't remember now! But in any case the first part of the claim is wrong - Dina Carrol had two simultaneous Top 10 singles exactly one week before Meat Loaf did it (with 'Don't Be A Stranger' and 'The Perfect Year'). I'll edit that bit. Whatpresence (talk) 10:35, 23 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think it would be a MOSTM trick to capitalize; oppose. Compare the song You Took the Words Right out of My Mouth. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 18:38, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Uk chart success incorrect

[edit]

Meat Loaf was not first one with 2 hits in U.k. top 10. Madonna had No1 with Into the groove and No2 with Holidays same week in U.k. single chart in 1985 188.28.88.71 (talk) 17:33, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
