With all respect, this is a stub Bárbara is not in the Pele class, and Bárbara is a common Portuguese name. Have moved to full name. It is a Brazilian phenomenon for soccer players (and maybe other subjects too) to be called by a nickname or a single name. I know for several international female players that they are called by such a simple single name. Pele also had that, not because he was famous, but because he was Brazilian, I think.
