The result of the move request was: Moved: After three relists there is a small consensus to move the article to Authors Film Company. (non-admin closure) Spekkios (talk) 23:07, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
Author's Film Company → Authors' Film Company – File:The Crucible of Life (1918) - 4.jpg on Wikimedia Commons seems to indicate the proper placement of the apostrophe 2603:9001:1501:8C41:C8C4:EF85:8E86:85DC (talk) 02:24, 11 March 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. 🐶 EpicPupper (he/him | talk) 02:56, 18 March 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. 🐶 EpicPupper (he/him | talk) 04:40, 25 March 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. 🐶 EpicPupper (he/him | talk) 16:48, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 23:48, 13 March 2022 (UTC)
- That uses s', but [1] and [2] use 's and [3] and [4] use no apostrophe at all. Seems greater factual investigation is needed. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 22:13, 13 March 2022 (UTC)
- Oh, Elli, you did this as I was contesting it. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 22:14, 13 March 2022 (UTC)
- Moved back with Elli's permission; see their and my edit summaries at Special:Diff/1076964194 and Special:Diff/1076964467. Anyone is free to take this to an RM now, or make the case here with a greater number of sources. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 22:19, 13 March 2022 (UTC)

- Oppose Author's Film Company → Authors' Film Company due to inconsistency pointed out by Tamzin, but would support Author's Film Company → Authors Film Company [the form that has no apostrophe is currently a redlink] with Author's Film Company as well as Authors' Film Company redirecting to it. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 00:29, 2 April 2022 (UTC)
- Support Authors Film Company. Based on the very limited evidence we have available, that name has the most demonstrated usage in secondary sources. Colin M (talk) 17:17, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
