While I'll grant that the Eisteddfod is probably the largest/most well known group to use this title, it's by no means their exclusive domain. What do people think is the best way to go about this: a combined article that lists current/historical groups using the title "Archdruid", or a series of disambiguated stubs? I'd certainly prefer the former, even though it's slightly out of the norm here on Wikipedia. -- nae'blis (talk) 18:59, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit]File:Bundesarchiv Bild 102-12697, London, Herzog von York mit Arabern.jpg has been uploaded to Commons from the German Bundesarchiv - the German description is wrong, but assuming that the date of 1931 is correct, would that be Archdruid John Owen-Williams in the centre? Can anyone identify him (or any of the others in the photo, of course)? Man vyi (talk) 09:08, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Missing information
[edit]Why is Dafydd Rowlands, who was archdderwydd in the late 1990s, missing from the list? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:646:8C01:E9A0:BD97:C9AD:FA8C:89F0 (talk) 21:26, 21 September 2019 (UTC)
Removed
[edit]Removed Wiki Neo-paganism stub. Wrong type of druid, guys!
I have removed the "neo paganism" tag again. The Archdruids are not "neo pagans" three quarters of the men in the list are non-conformist ministers of religion! AlwynapHuw (talk) 05:29, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
Celtic Pagans do have Arch Druids though, as the over arching leader. It should be re-added. 69.205.42.41 (talk) 23:15, 5 May 2014 (UTC)
