Past AfD

[edit]

THere was a deletion debate on the older article Archdiocese of the Goths, a completely confused piece which conflated early Gothic Christianity, the Principality of Theodoro and this Swedish thing. It was "kept" on grounds of its having "42 references", mostly because there was some borderline-recognizable historical material. I do not suppose the AfD thus concerned this Swedish outfit, so you should feel free to either merge it, prod it or re-AfD it as you see fit. --dab (𒁳) 13:10, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

It appears this article and its Swedish version are considered as the equivalent of ru:Русская катакомбная церковь истинно-православных христиан. However, before I added it, the article did not mention the Russian Catacomb Church of True Orthodox Christians. Moreover, ru:Русская катакомбная церковь истинно-православных христиан does not mention the Archdiocese of the Goths and the Northlands.
I am quite confused by the situation. @Чръный человек: can you find some documentation in Russian explaining the relation between the Russian Catacomb Church of True Orthodox Christians and the Archdiocese of the Goths and the Northlands? I think Archdiocese of the Goths and the Northlands is simply the legal name in Sweden of the Russian Catacomb Church of True Orthodox Christians, but I am not sure. Also, do you think the Wikidata should be split with one for the Russian Catacomb Church of True Orthodox Christians and another for the Archdiocese of the Goths and the Northlands?
