clean up needed
[edit]I started cleaning this up. Lots of WP:PROMO and duplicate refs. Needs a close read - clear COI editing happening. Jytdog (talk) 02:11, 14 February 2015 (UTC)

Continued COI editing
[edit]This article looks to have a long history of COI editing, and it doesn't appear to have stopped. I re-tagged the article and did some clean-up. The tone, especially of the policy positions section, is still problematic. It reads like campaign literature in places. I urge any affiliated editors to refrain from making edits to the article itself and to instead start a discussion and make edit requests on the talk page per our WP:COI guidelines.
