Size and mass
[edit]Rotor moments are given but how big and heavy are these gyros? I am trying to visualise one on board a boat. Beorhtwulf (talk) 15:37, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
Merged?

Do they work?
[edit]The review of stabilizer history by Leopold (see the source in the Stabilizer (ship)) describes gyro installations mostly as failures. Is there any source that suggests these designs to be actually working in reasonable-size ships (i.e., reducing the roll by a significant amount)? Викидим (talk) 09:34, 30 October 2022 (UTC)
