Quote attributed to Mirabeau

According to the article about the Prussian army, this was said by Friedrich von Schrötter. The Prussian army article provides two citations. If Mirabeau said this there should at least be a citation to the fact, because it is important to know who said it first, yada yada yada. LaurentianShield (talk) 19:01, 20 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
