– There is no WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for any variation of the name "Alex Perez", so DAB should be at primary. WP:COMMONNAME for the footballers is just "Álex Pérez" without maternal surname, so they should be disambiguated properly. Ortizesp (talk) 17:26, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Support 1st and 2nd since the title without diacritics goes to the 1985 footballer (21,867) but the basketball player gets 26,317 and English speakers are unlikely to type the diacritics, see Talk:George Puscas (sports writer)#Requested move 1 December 2019.
