My article was subject to deletion because I did not adequately explain why Albert Black is significant to the world. Albert Black is significant because he was the first African American Chairman of the Dallas Regional Chamber in their 90 year history. He is the President & CEO of the largest African American owned employer in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, and was recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies of 2005.
