Misdirected Link
[edit]The link in the category box at the bottom of the page says "List of Royal Navy Battleships" but actually links to this list of Dreadnought battleships. The class is correctly shown on this list of ironclads. I would make the change myself but I don't know how and I don't want to break the boxes at the bottom of the page. Thanks. "historical tradition"
[edit]Really? What about the fact that Defence was ordered as part of the same four-ship programme as the Warrior class? They were designed as a smaller alternative for assessment purposes. The actual follow-on to Warrior was, of course, the 400-foot Achilles. The follow-on to Defence was Hector.
And what about the Hero being followed by the not-smaller Sans Pareil?
Devastation followed by Dreadnought?
Are we being encyclopedic or are we just posting up fun biased pub factoids in this article? 2A00:23C7:3119:AD01:9534:E525:4832:87A7 (talk) 02:38, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
