Merger proposal

- To merge the two arena pages into Cadet Field House on the grounds that the 2 stubs are best discussed with the context of the complex. Klbrain (talk) 03:40, 31 May 2020 (UTC)
Do we really need 3 articles for the same sport complex? I propose to merge Cadet Ice Arena, Clune Arena and Air Force Academy Cadet Fieldhouse Legend-dary (talk) 02:23, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- It is fairly standard to split out the major components of a sports complex. It is unfortunate that all the current articles are stubs so it would also not hurt to much to have them merged. But if all of them were fleshed out to "perfect" articles then separate would be the preferable state. -DJSasso (talk) 11:45, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Because it is an small complex both Arenas don't really need their own article. Seems unnecessary to me. Legend-dary (talk) 21:00, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
- They are not the same venue, they are the same complex. See also Tate Rink and Christl Arena for a comparable example where we have separate articles, reflecting standard practice even for small venues (and there are numerous examples for larger ones.) - I support the merge as the Cadet Ice Arena and Clune Arena are very small articles and would fit very comfortably in the Facilities section of Cadet Field House.– BrandonXLF (talk) 03:27, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
