Lead section is too focused on the USA
[edit]I don't understand why the lead section of the article solely discusses the US, meanwhile in the body of the article, the laws of four different nations are put in equal standing as seven US states? This should be changed.Xx78900 (talk) 15:23, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
