Full revamp of Header/History section

Some drastic changes have been made to the Header/History section because both lacked citations and fit Wikipedia's definition of plagiarism. The body of the History section was copy/pasted word for word from the International Journal of Business and Social Research (Volume 6, Issue 9), which I have now cited. I've included other citations and paraphrased the information to be in my own words. I added a brief section about the 1969 Werner Herzog documentary short "The Flying Doctors of East Africa", which was linked to but not explained in the original header text. I added a Further Reading section to highlight the book "Daktari: A Surgeon’s Adventure’s with the Flying Doctors of East Africa" by founding member Dr. Thomas Rees. I added a picture of the statue of founding member Sir Archibald McIndoe which was already available on Wikimedia Commons. Hopefully these edits have helped to improve the integrity of this article.
