Tone of the article sounds “off” and too subjective
[edit]For example, the sentence “African Americans and their skin color and hair were once considered unattractive by white people.” is not specific enough and also doesn’t go into enough detail. Also, it falsely implies that anti-Black racism in terms of beauty standards no longer exists.
This needs a revamping and way more historical context and many more frames through which to explore the topic. It seems incomplete. 100.38.232.165 (talk) 02:39, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
