Reinsertion of material challenged and deleted for lack of RS citations

An editor has reinserted -- without following wp policy by adding inline directly supporting RS citations -- material that was challenged and deleted for lack of RS citations.

That clearly violates wp policy. See wp:verifiability.

I have raised it with him here, and asked him to follow policy, but so far he has not. Discussion is here.
