Availability
[edit]It seems that CAS would be available only to the US and Canada (Ontario, to be specific, according to their "Channels" web page), but it's satellite and also available in Hawaii, which is a bit far away, so, it would be nice if we could have this article be accurate on this. So, people in the know, have at it!—Preceding unsigned comment added by Jerome Charles Potts (talk • contribs) 03:52, 30 March 2008

- Hawaii is not only part of the US but a U.S. state. (Not the one you can see Russia from.) The article is presumably talking about where there are stations doing the "retail" distribution, so distance is a minor consideration, and interest on the part of broadcasters and viewers a major one.

Spanish translation
[edit]I'd like to translate this article into Spanish. Can anyone direct me to the help page where I can find information on how to do this? I mean the setting up of the page not the actual translation.
