A. J. Brown (American football) → A. J. Brown – Page views indicate the football player is now safely the primary topic. As A. J. Brown (actor) is the only other topic by this name, the dab page can be overwritten. Schierbecker (talk) 07:46, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- Comment: Are the recent pageviews just a WP:RECENTISM phenomenon? — BarrelProof (talk) 21:15, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- I charted 2nd round WR draft picks from 2000, 2005 and 2010 as compared to A. J. Brown (actor). At this point in his career Brown is playing better than Vincent Jackson or Golden Tate, who still pull in 500+ views per day. Hope that helps. Schierbecker (talk) 22:42, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- But after this point in the career of those other two guys, they went on to have much longer and highly accomplished careers. Just to play devil's advocate, for all we know, Brown may mess up a knee or his spine or get into a car crash with a truck and be out for good next week. Long football careers are rare. (On the other hand, this is a WP:TWODABS case and the actor seems rather obscure, so I don't really know why I'm making a fuss here.) — BarrelProof (talk) 02:39, 27 May 2022 (UTC)
