"Although it is the city's third ring road, it is, oddly enough, named the 4th Ring Road." - This is because the water canal around the forbidden city is inoffically called the first circle. Therefore all "real" circle roads have one number higher.

Merger Proposal

I propose that Jianxiang Bridge be merged into 4th Ring Road. I do not believe that the Jianxiang Bridge article currently meets the Notability guideline WP:GEOROAD for its own article, and believe that it may fit better under this new page, particularly under the Connections Section, where it is referenced.
