Improvements

I have completed the B class checklist and believe that this is a Start class article as I believe it fails B class criteria 1, 2 and 3. I believe that it could be improved by addressing the following issues:

Referencing: for a successful B class review an article needs at least one inline citation (more if multiple sources were used) per paragraph or block of information (e.g. table or list);
Coverage: the article could be expanded to discuss the major actions in which the Division was involved in more detail;
Structure: the article would be improved by the addition of a lead or introduction section that concisely summarises the entire article;
Supporting materials: the article could be improved by adding some images and or expanding the information in the Infobox.
