Importance of Album

I will leave the {{WPRoots}} importance as it is possible that the album is low on that project's scale.

Please review how to asses the Importance of an album. Likely, this album will become a "low" priority, but the importance is based on actual results (notability, cultural significance, charting, sales), not just intuition.
