The following things should be adressed:
- I feel that the references in the lead are not necessary, since you gave or should give the information in the article body as well and there it can be sourced.
- Stage 2: intermediate sprint point I understand what you are trying to say, but it sounds confusing, since at an intermediate sprint, you also get points, so you should rephrase this.
- Stage 3: effectively confirming his overall victory - That is pure speculation and should be taken out.
- Stage 3: I find calling a 17-man group the peloton is stretching it a little bit. Maybe 17-man chasing group?
- There are several images from the race on Commons, you should include 1 or 2 of those.
That is all that I could find. Good job so far :) Placing the article on hold. Zwerg Nase (talk) 10:13, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Zwerg Nase; thanks for being so quick with this! I have corrected your first four points. With the images, I've struggled. One was already included (in 2015 Tour de Yorkshire § Stage 2, and this is the only one that felt even vaguely relevant. The rest are all irrelevant (or unidentifiable) riders and I can't see where I'd fit them in. Thoughts? Relentlessly (talk) 11:45, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Relentlessly: I put in an image showing Wiggins on stage 1, I hope you don't mind. Other than that, I see no reason not to pass. Congratulations :) Zwerg Nase (talk) 12:08, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- Super, thanks. I did wonder about that one and chose against it because you can hardly see him! But that's fine, thanks for the review. Relentlessly (talk) 12:12, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- It is certainly not ideal, but I thought it would be fair to include him, considering he was the star of the tour. Zwerg Nase (talk) 12:15, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
