Redirect to 2014 Malta migrant shipwreck

I've moved this article to 2014 Malta migrant shipwreck because the article is a duplicate under a separate name. The Malta article is more developed and covers exactly the same content, so there isn't any purpose in keeping this article as anything other than a redirect.
