This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because its a recently merged article (1996 Malaysia blackout, 2003 southern Malaysia blackout and 2005 Malaysia electricity blackout crisis due to its merge request (see discussion) thus it is not a duplicate article, its only merging. --WPSamson (talk) 10:02, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
