ID of Portuguese Naval Minister
[edit]Does anybody know who the Portuguese naval minister was at this time? It appears he was the direct commander of the Estada Novo in this event, rather than Salazar. Indy beetle (talk) 19:57, 13 July 2016 (UTC)
