Étiemble → René Étiemble – Articles in French and other Wikipedias are at the full name, which is the natural name a reader will seek. New stub was created at full name, now turned into a redirect to this full name (there should always have been such a redirect, to my mind). Sources agree he was often known by surname alone but they give his forename, and that is the article title we should be using. PamD 18:05, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
