Sushi domain containing 2 is a protein located in the plasma membrane that, in humans, is encoded by the SUSD2 gene.[5]

It's involved in the negative regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition and cell division, and possibly involved in maintaining cell state. It also regulates central nervous system (CNS) development.[6]
