Soumâa or Thala Oufella is a village in the Boumerdès Province in Kabylie, Algeria.[1][2][3]
Location
[edit]The village is surrounded by Meraldene River and Isser River, and also the town of Thenia in the Khachna mountain range.[4][5][6]
