Shafiqur Rahman Badsha (born 9 February 1951)[1] is a Bangladeshi politician. He is a former member of Jatiya Sangsad as an independent candidate from Rajshahi-2 elected on the 2024 Bangladeshi general election.[2] He was elected by defeating the incumbent Workers Party candidate Fazle Hossain Badsha by 23,718 votes.[3]

Education

Shafiqur Rahman Badsha passed his SSC Examination in 1964 from Rajshahi Government Madrasha (present-day Haji Muhammad Mohsin Government High School). He passed MA from University of Rajshahi in Political Science in 1972.[citation needed]
