Saffet Elkatmış (born 1 November 1995)[1] is a Turkish long-distance runner. He competed in the men's race at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.[2]

In 2019, he competed in the men's half marathon at the Summer Universiade held in Naples, Italy.[3] He finished in 7th place.[3] He won the silver medal in the team event.
