Norealidys is a replacement name for preoccupied earthworm genus Reynoldsia [1] - non Reynoldsia (Diptera : Muscidae)[2] [nec botanical genus Reynoldsia of flowering plant family Araliaceae] - under ICZN (1999) [3] as previously flagged.[4] The genus is currently monotypic, with Norealidys andaluciana as the sole species.
