Results of the 2021 New South Wales local elections in Outer Sydney

This is a list of results for the 2021 New South Wales local elections in Outer Sydney including the Central Coast, though the region is considered to be separate from Greater Sydney.[1][2][3][4]
Outer Sydney and surrounds covers 22 local government areas (LGAs) (excluding the Central Coast), including Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Wollondilly.[5] A further 10 LGAs are in the Inner Sydney region.
Blacktown
[edit]The Liberal Party did not endorse any candidates, including its five councillors elected in 2016.[6][7]

Cumberland City Council is composed of five three-member wards, totalling 15 councillors. At the 2017 election, Labor won a majority with eight seats.[16]
In 2017, Greystanes Ward councillor Greg Cummings was suspended from Labor, and was expelled from the party in October 2018.[17] In September 2019, Granville Ward councillor Steve Christou left Labor to join Our Local Community.[17]
The Liberal Party did not endorse any candidates, leading its incumbent councillors to contest as Independent Liberals.[18]
