Rajkumar is an Indian politician from Uttarakhand. He was a member of Indian National Congress until 2021. He resigned from his seat in Purola Assembly constituency[1] and joined Bharatiya Janata Party in September 2021.[2]

Career

Rajkumar won from Purola Assembly constituency representing the Indian National Congress in the 2017 Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly election defeating Mal Chand of the BJP by a margin of 1,013 votes. Earlier, he won form Rajpur Raod Assembly constituency following the 2012 Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly election. However, he lost the 2017 election when he lost to Khajan Dass of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[3][4][5][6]
