The Qʼanjobʼal (Kanjobal) are a Maya people in Guatemala. Their indigenous language is also called Qʼanjobʼal. It is said that they are the most resilient group as their culture differs a lot from the rest. One municipality to visit who dominates the whole q'anjob'al Mayans is the pueblo of "San Pedro Soloma". The marimba differs from the rest as is has an intense feeling.
