Priven Reddy, (born June 8, 1982, Durban, South Africa) is a South African technology entrepreneur[1] currently based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.[2][3] He is known for founding several successful companies.[4]

Early life

In a 2022 interview with Top Billing (TV programme), Reddy stated that he began working by collecting cardboard boxes to sell to a recycler.[5][6] After a negative experience while waiting tables, Reddy learned web design and worked freelance.[7]

Career

Reddy's first development was Kagiso Interactive, a mobile app development company.[8] In 2020, Reddy started Dryvar, an ridesharing company.[9] In 2021, he started EON Aerospace, a company specializing in supersonic transport.[10][11][12]

Reddy also owns Ararkis Automobili, a supercar company.[13][14] Ararkis Automobili is releasing the Ararkis Sandstorm, an electric hypercar[15][16][17] of which only 20 units are planned to be produced.[13][18]
