Caloptilia obliquatella[1][2] or Povolnya obliquatella[3] is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Japan (Honshū) and Korea.[3][4]

The wingspan is 11–13 mm.[4] The larvae feed on Quercus species, including Quercus acutissima.[3][4] They mine the leaves of their host plant during early instars and roll the leaves during late instars.[4]
