Self nom. again. Out of four rolls of film I took of this engine, this is probably the best shot. EASports 09:13, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose; it's blurred and underexposed. There are several better photos of this engine at [1] — Dunc|☺ 10:02, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- The stipulation is that the picture has to be on Wikipedia. Those aren't. In any case, I reuploaded the picture with the brightness turned up a bit. EASports 10:19, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- Nothing personal, okay, but changing the brightness/contrast hasn't affected the blurring and it's still a little undercooked. The standard and the most illustrative photographs tend to be front-on 3/4 shots, so the composition in that respect is off. I included the other photos as reference to what you should be aiming for (railpictures.net has a good quality control process), though if you were proactive you could contact one of the photographers and get them to GFDL/cc-by-sa a suitable photo. — Dunc|☺ 10:57, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
- Not taking it personal, just being nitpicky. I need to get myself a film scanner I think; this is a scanned print so there's only so much I can do to it. EASports 07:35, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
