Pierino Gavazzi (born 4 December 1950 in Provaglio d'Iseo) is an Italian former road bicycle racer, who was professional from 1973 to 1993. He rode in the 1975 Tour de France and 1976 Tour de France, as well as in seventeen editions of the Giro d'Italia, winning four total stages.[1] He also won the 1980 Milan–San Remo.
