Pablo Urtasun Pérez (born 29 March 1980) is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2005 and 2016. He now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Equipo Kern Pharma.[1]

Career

Urtasun was born in Urdiain, Navarre. In 2013, Urtasun earned his team's first victory of the season by outsprinting his rivals in the first stage of the Vuelta a Castilla y León.[2]

Urtasun joined the PinoRoad squad for the 2014 season, after his previous team – Euskaltel–Euskadi[3] – folded at the end of the 2013 season.[4] For the 2015 season, he joined the Japanese UCI Continental team Team Ukyo.[5]

After retiring, Urtasun became a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Equipo Kern Pharma in 2020, during their first season of competition.
