- ^ "Quite Rightly So" did not enter the Dutch Single Top 20, but did peak at number 24 on the Dutch Top 40.[22]
- ^ "Il tuo diamante" is an Italian-language version of "Shine On Brightly", whilst "Fortuna" is the Italian-language title of the instrumental "Repent Walpurgis".
